ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a second email when your order is shipped so that you may track your package.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following cards as means of payment for purchases: VISA, Master Card and Discover. Purchases are Full charged to your credit card before any order is commenced. Please be sure to provide the CVV code and exact billing address for your card. Incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation of your order.
SHIPPING
All others will ship within 1 to 2 weeks of placing the order . If you are within New York City, Messenger Delivery is available for $20. Expedited shipping is available upon request. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us at orders@mcsjewelryny.com after you complete your order.
Shipping/Handling charges are as follows for all orders:

$15.00 UPS 3-Day
$20.00 UPS 2-Day
$35.00 UPS Overnight
All orders that ship within New York are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.
GOLD
All pieces are SOLID 14K yellow, White or Rose gold. 18K is also offered in any piece for an additional fee.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Pieces can be customized upon request (such as chain lengths, charms, etc.) If you would like to customize a piece, please contact us at orders@mcsjewelryny.com to see if it is possible and for pricing. Customized pieces are not returnable.
